Pre-School Application Information

If you would like to enrol your child at St Philip's Pre-School in Dunston, you can begin the process by filling out an application form - please be aware this does not guarantee a place. Feel free to read more about our nursery and staff.

 

Before your child starts at St Philip's Pre-School, ALL forms on this page must be filled out and returned to us. You will also find a link where you can purchase our uniform.
